Detectives from Acton CID are asking for the public’s help in tracing the victim of a serious assault on Victoria Road, North Acton.

A man was seriously assaulted outside Tesco Express, opposite North Acton Train Station on Tuesday 28 February 2017 between 11:15pm and 11:45pm. Witnesses have described how the victim was struck on the head with a brick before he walked away from the scene bleeding heavily.

Extensive enquiries have taken place to try and identify the victim who is described as a black male between 19-25 years old.

DC Szczepanska of Acton CID said, "It is believed that the victim sustained serious injuries to his head. We would like to speak to the victim or anyone who knows the identity of the victim. Our primary concern is to ensure that he is safe and well. We have exhausted all other means to try and identify the victim and would welcome any information."
