Posters on the W3 Forum alerted us to a serious incident in Emanuel Avenue on Saturday. One poster was the first to talk of her shock at passing a wounded man lying 'in a pool of blood' on Saturday night. Yesterday (Wednesday) there was still an easily identifiable trail of blood on the pavement of Emanuel Avenue. Judging by the amount, the injuries sustained must have been quite severe.

According to a spokesman from Ealing Borough Police, during Saturday evening police were called at around 9.40pm to an incident on Emanuel Avenue.

When they arrived, officers found two men in their early twenties with facial and abdominal injuries.

London Ambulance Service attended both victims, taking them to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital respectively for further treatment. Their injuries are not life threatening and they are recovering.

Police are conducting an on-going investigation. They are seeking two suspects described as black males in their early twenties.

Suspect (1) is described as stocky build, about 5’09” tall with dark black skin and short hair.

Suspect (2) is described as slim build, about 5’11” tall wearing dark clothing.
