Coffee cravings got the better of a West London man who appeared before West London Magistrates' Court charged with theft.

At around 4.15pm on Wednesday last week Dean Jackson went to Morrison's and placed ten jars of Nescafe worth £62.50 inside his shoulder bag. He then made his way out of the store without paying.

He was stopped by the security guard and police were called. He admitted the offence and was remanded in police custody until his court case.
