Local council elections take place on May 22nd

With less than a month to go the Conservatives have released their election pledges in a bid to win back control of Ealing Council.

Their six promises are:

To fix street cleaning and waste collection

Scrap the £40 garden tax introduced by Labour

Freeze council tax for another four years

Spend £10m more than Labour fixing roads and pavements

Get rid of the street drinking culture

Local and European elections will be held on May 22nd.
