Man seriously injured after attack

A man's been badly injured this afternoon after being attacked outside the Gala Bingo Hall on the Uxbridge Road in Acton.

Police were called to the scene - near the junction with Melville Villas Road at 3.40pm this afternoon.

They found the man collapsed with stab wounds.

An ambulance crew took him to hospital where his condition is described as serious.

No arrests have been made.

The incident has caused delays and diversions in the surrounding areas.
