Travel firm compete to sell most produce
Two teams from the Shepherd's Bush-based travel company Mr & Mrs Smith will compete, Apprentice-style, to sell fresh produce at Acton's bustling market in aid of horticultural therapy charity Mind-food today (Thursday 11th September). Selling fresh seasonal produce, just-harvested from the Mindfood Farm in Amersham, the teams will be doing their bit to help support people with mental health issues recover, find healing and go on to achieve their potential through growing and selling food. Will Shallots-a-Money or Top of the Crops win the challenge to sell their fresh wares first? Please come and support this worthy charity tomorrow and buy some delicious, locally-grown vegetables in the meantime. Thursday 11 September, Acton Market, 9 - 5 http://www.mindfood.org.uk/
