Second Acton resident accused of murdering William John Saunderson-Smith

As previously reported, an Acton resident - one Slawomir Bugajewski - had been charged with the murder of William John Saunderson-Smith of Kensington.

The plot has got thicker however, as a second Acton resident has also been charged with the murder of Mr Saunderson Smith, along with another unnamed man.

Dawid Rymar is 24 and lives on Birkbeck Road, was arrested on Monday 12 December, and will appear in Ealing Magistrates Court in custody on Friday the 16th. The anonymous man is 20 and was caught with him, and then bailed. He will be required to return to court in February next year.

Police continue to appeal for witnesses.
