On Saturday, 25th April, you will see some determined people pounding along Acton High Street. They are on the first leg of a Fun Run to raise money for CAPE.

If you haven’t heard of C.A.P.E., it is a well-known local service. Located in Acton High Street, it provides support, plus vocational and recreational activities, for residents of Ealing who experience severe and enduring mental health problems. It has been in existence for about 10 years and has won great praise from the people it serves.

One satisfied member told us, “CAPE has been a great place for me - I get support here and I’ve made loads of friends - I wish more people knew about it!”

Now supporters are getting together with CAPE members to raise money to improve services.
So that as many as possible can join in the Fun Run, joggers and walkers are welcome too!
