16 year old and 22 year old arrested

Police are appealing for witnesses following a shooting and stabbing on the South Acton Estate.

They were called to the estate at approx. 22:30hrs on Saturday 28 July W3 following reports of gunfire.

Officers and LAS attended and found a 27-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound, and a 22-year-old man who had been stabbed.

The men were taken to hospital where they remain in a stable condition.

Detectives from the Trident Gang Crime Command are investigating.

Two people have been arrested - a 16-year old has been bailed to return on a date to be set and another man aged 22 will be interviewed in due course.
