A spokesperson from Ealing Borough Police told us today that an on duty PCSO reported a road accident at 1.28pm outside the 6 Bells Pub.

He said: "A white truck was involved."

A 62 year old man with a broken foot was taken to North Ealing Hospital for treatment. His injuries were not deemed life threatening.


Road closures were put in place at the time with Acton High Street temporarily closed.


Eastbound traffic was diverted westbound to Steyne Road.

Many locals reported major traffic disruption after the incident.
