Teenager Dies After Being Stabbed in Crown Street

Seventeen-year-old boy pronounced dead hours after incident

A youth believed to be aged 17 years has died after being stabbed on Crown Street, Acton this afternoon (16 October).

Police were called to the location just before noon.

They found a teenage boy who was suffering from stab wounds. He was taken by London Ambulance Service to a central London hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Next of kin have not yet been informed.

One person has been arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to a west London police station

The Crown Street Surgery has been closed this afternoon following the incident. Patients are advised only to call if it is urgent, otherwise to visit a local pharmacist.
