Maria Wiafe- Co-Director of South Acton Skills and Arts Collaborative

The funeral of local community worker Maria Wiafe (Forana) will take place on Monday 3rd September at 12.30 at the Church of the Ascension, Beaufort Road, W5 3EB.

There will be a committal afterwards at the Kensington & Chelsea cemetery in Hanwell.

Maria was a co-director of South Acton Skills and Arts Collaborative (SASAC) a sewing and literacy teacher in the local area.

The 59 year old had dealt with breast cancer 12 years ago but died after it progressed to her bones and liver.

All those who knew her are welcome to attend the funeral.
