Learn IT and computer skills to access online services and the digital democracy. South Acton’s Ward Forum is funding a three-day intensive course on basic computers and social media for a limited number of local people to enable them to access online services. Who is it for?

Day 2: Thursday 13th February 2014
10.00am-12.30pm (Light Lunch) Morning Session: What is the Internet? Internet service providers and broadband, how to buy something online. 1.00pm-3.30pm Afternoon Session: How to send & receive email.
Day 3: Thursday 20th February 2014
10.00am-12.30pm (Light Lunch) Morning Session: introduction to Social media (Facebook, Twitter) and Skype 1.00pm-3.30pm Afternoon Session: Ealing Council website/Digital Democracy
