Following a first round public exhibitions last month, Barratt London invites residents to view their detailed and final designs for the Homebase site on Western Avenue.

The proposals include around 330 new homes, including affordable homes, a convenience-sized supermarket and other benefits for the local community.

More than 70 people attended the events last month and shared their views on the initial designs. The development team have now updated the proposals and from 25 November residents will be able to see the final designs before a planning application is submitted to the London Borough of Ealing.

The updated proposals will be on display at two public exhibition events and members of the project team will be on hand to talk residents through the designs, changes to the scheme and answer any questions people may have.

The exhibitions will be held on:

Saturday, 25 November
10am – 1.30pm
Shepherds Bush Cricket Club, 38 Bromyard Avenue, London, W3 7BP

Tuesday, 28 November
4pm – 7.30pm
St Dunstan's Church East Acton, Friars Place Lane, London, W3 7AW

Please see map below for further details.
