253 candidates have put themselves forward in a bid to win one of the 69 seats on Ealing council.

The election candidate list names every person standing to be one of the borough’s 69 ward councillors in the local elections on Thursday, 22 May.

The full list can be viewed here and outside the Electoral Services Office, Ealing Town Hall, Ealing, W5 2BY.

Three councillors for each of the borough’s 23 wards will be elected to serve on the council for four years and make decisions about the borough and the services delivered by the council.

In order to be able to vote in the local and European elections Ealing residents must be registered by Tuesday, 6 May.

Anyone who is not already on the electoral register should visit www.ealing.gov.uk/vote2014 for more information or email elections@ealing.gov.uk.
