Acton property prices have moved higher in the second quarter of this year according to the latest official numbers.

The average price of an Acton property reported as sold in June is £378,823 compared to May's level of £418,750. This is the highest ever average for a single month but the average is distored by the sale of a single property on Shaa Road for £1,455,000.
