No evidence of property crash in latest figures
Acton property prices have moved higher in the second quarter of this year according to the latest official numbers.
The average price of an Acton property reported as sold so far in April and May is £362,822 which is only marginally different from the average seen in the first quarter of £367,350 which was a record level.
The average may have been boosted by fewer sales in the major flat developments in Bromyard Avenue and the Vale but there were also no top end sales of over £1 million reported.
The news doesn't appear to be all good as volumes seem to continue to be well down on previous levels which suggests that some consolidation amongst local estate agents could be on the cards.
