Ethical deli/coffee shop to close

Churchfield Road's favourite ethical coffee shop/deli Vanilla is to close.

Janice and Danielle Heskett have reluctantly decided that the business is no longer able to run in the current financial climate. A combination of factors have conspired against them and Saturday, March 21st will be their last day to open.

Janice told us the people taking over their business are keen to keep the coffee machine, so this could mean good news for all those addicted to Vanilla's tasty caffeine fix.

All their customers are very sad to see them go. One commented: "It's not just the lovely coffee, cakes, sandwiches and waffles. Vanilla was such a pleasant place to go and pass the time and enjoy a lovely treat."
