Acton's top Chinese has a revamp
The Blue Star Chinese restaurant in Steyne Road has recently undergone a change of management. A young couple, Ricky Lad and Ruby Fu, have recently relocated from Ripon in Yorkshire and taken over the lease on the restaurant premises. The ‘new’ Blue Star has now been open for just over a month and Ricky and Ruby are delighted with the warm welcome they have received. Ricky is handling the front of house and takeaway operation and Ruby, who trained as a chef in her native China, will be running the kitchen with her team. They have ambitious plans for the business and are already in the process of revamping the restaurant and takeaway menu with an exciting mix of traditional and contemporary dishes. They will also be offering a special lunch menu and catering for social and business events of all kinds.
