The Southfield Ward Police Panel AGM is taking place on Thursday 14 September, at the Cunnington Street Mission Hall, Cunnington Street, W4 5ER between 7pm and 9pm.

The Panel is made up of local residents, the police, Councillors and Councillor officers who work to reduce crime taking into account residents priorities and feedback from the local police team.

This is a public meeting which is open to anyone who lives, works or studies in the Ward. The members of the Panel are elected annually at the AGM, where you will also hear what the Panel has been doing on your behalf over the last year, and you will be able to put questions to the Panel and to the police.

The agenda for the meeting includes:
- The Panel's annual report.
- Report by the Safer Neighbourhoods Team.
- Report on Neighbourhood Watch.
- Ratification of the Panel's new constitution.
- Election of Panel members for the coming year.

Councillor Andrew Steed said, ”All residents are welcome to the meeting."

Southfield ward covers the northern part of Chiswick which is in the London Borough of Ealing and parts of Acton.
