This year the theme is ‘Spirit of Acton’ and asks groups to celebrate their Acton Heritage.

Acton Carnival is a family carnival that provides an opportunity for local community and cultural groups to showcase their organisation. Carnival celebrates identity, history and culture, and is a focus for the local community to enjoy.

The procession will leaves Woodlands Park, Crown Street at 12 noon and move half a mile down the High Street to the festival site in Acton Park.

The festival will continue in Acton Park 'til 7 pm. The stage line-up including well known artists such as Loose Ends, Omar, Tippa Ire, Maddy Carty, Angel & more.

If you are interested in taking party in this year’s Carnival procession contact the organisers before 23rd June.

The final Carnival Planning meetings is on 17th June at 6pm at Oaktree Community Centre (0, Osborne Road, Acton, W3 8SJ).
