Whilst airports are attempting to return to normal there are still some local problems caused by the recent flight ban.

No schools in Ealing have been forced to completely close but nevertheless some classes have been affected.

John Perryn Primary School has had to temporarily close years 4 & 5.

Fielding Primary School Nursery and Horsenden Primary School Nursery have been temporarily closed.

Two teaching staff from Fielding Primary School Nursery have been redeployed in the school to carry out teaching duties.

An estimated 150,000 stranded Britons are yet to be brought back home.
