The search continues this Saturday at Acton Market for West London's Strongest Shopper.

The Urban Vitality Company, an Acton-based health and fitness business, will be at the Acton Market this Saturday from 11.00am until 1.00pm to challenge Acton Market shoppers to enter the competition to win an iPod. The competition was held last weekend in Chiswick, but we're hoping that Acton shoppers are much stronger and have a better chance of winning.

John Limpus, fitness trainer and owner of The Urban Vitality Company, says it's a great way to have fun and learn more about health and fitness. "It's not about being macho. We had grannies entering the competition. It's all about learning how health and fitness can be a fun experience as well as good for you."
