Female Tortoiseshell, wearing blue flea collar with bell last seen in North Acton Playing Fields on 3rd October

Libby the tortoiseshell cat went missing very early on the morning of 3rd October. She is 14 years old.  She is not microchipped but is wearing a blue flea collar with a bell.  She decided to follow her owner when she took her dogs for a walk in North Acton Playing fields but something spooked her and she disappeared (along the Westfields Road side) and hasn't returned home.  This is the first time she has ever been missing as she is a very 'home loving' cat and. Her owner is am really worried about her.  If anyone has any info please, please contact her on the following numbers:
