A man who had persistently breached the terms of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order has been arrested in East Acton after failing to appear in court.

56-year-old Patrick Lawlor of no fixed abode was been found guilty in his absence at Ealing Magistrates' Court after failed to appear at the court hearing on Thursday, 14 September. He was found guilty of five breaches of the ASBO which was issued in 2013.

The ASBO stated Lawlor could not be in possession of an open vessel of alcohol anywhere in England and Wales; however - he repeatedly breached this condition in the East Acton area and had previously been arrested in the Vale Estate.

He was subsequently arrested by officers the day after the original hearing and will be taken to court for sentencing in due course.
