A 37-year-old man from Acton faces a conspiracy to murder charge after a man was killed in High Wycombe on Saturday night (22 August) in what police are describing as a targeted attack.

Leigh Burns from Willcott Road has been charged along with Martin Stanislaus, also 37, from Delta Grove, in Northolt who faces a murder charge and 36-year-old Jodie Willis, 36 from The Mead, Beaconsfield who is charged with conspiracy to murder.

Two Ealing Men Held After Man Murdered in High Wycombe

The charges relate to the killing of 26-year-old Lee Gillespie who was found stabbed to death on Church Street, High Wycombe. All three are due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court.

Senior Investigating Officer, Det Chief Insp Ailsa Kent from the Major Crime Unit described the stabbing as a targeted attack and reassured residents in the area that it was an isolated incident involving people who were known to each other.
