Search of Churchfield Road address finds stolen goods

Ealing officers executed a search warrant on the 11th January at an address in Churchfield Road, Acton.

A number of stolen items were found at the address and a 33 year old woman and a 45 year old man were arrested for handling stolen goods.  They have since been charged and remanded in custody and a due to appear at Ealing Magistrates court on the 10th February 2011.

The address was brought to police attention from members of the local community due to anti social behaviour and suspected drug dealing. 

Safer Neighbourhood Sergeant Mark Pullen said “This search warrant has seen two offenders remanded in custody as a direct result of information received from the community.  If you have any crime problems in your area please call the team we will always act upon your information.”
