A bus has had its top deck nearly sheared off after an attempt was made to drive it under the bridge in Old Oak Common Lane on Sunday afternoon.

One person was treated for a head injury but at this stage it is not believed that anybody was seriously hurt in the incident. Four people in total were injured in the crash including three passengers and one passerby.

The bus was a rail replacement services running to Willesden Junction run by First Group. The driver took the wrong route and First are conducting an investigation into why this happened.
