Waste Transfer Site Accident: Update

Man injured is much improved

Since last Tuesday's accident at the Waste Transfer Site at 307 Horn Lane, there have been a number of reports about the condition of the man who was taken by air ambulance to the Royal London Hospital.

The company who operated the lorry which was involved in the incident, Quick Skips Ltd, has given us an update today.

Their spokesman told us: "The man is fine now. He is able to recognise his wife and family and to move his hands and feet.

"He is much improved. We spoke to his wife this morning."
