Teenager charged and police seek to question another man

Detectives from Ealing have charged a 17-year-old boy following a CCTV media appeal to identify two men who walked into a business premises in Park Royal Road, NW10 and allegedly stole a steam cleaner.

The 17-year-old boy attended Ealing Youth Court on 31 August - he will next appear on bail at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 24 November.

Police are continuing to appeal for information to identify a second suspect.

On Friday, 27 May detectives in Ealing were appealing for information to identify two males in connection with an allegation of burglary.

Police say at approximately 15:00hrs on Tuesday, 26 January two men walked into the rear area of a business premises in Park Royal Road, NW10 and stole a steam cleaner. The suspects loaded the steam cleaner into a burgundy coloured Range Rover Discovery and were driven off by a third man.

The Karchur 550m Eco steam cleaner was valued at £750.

The remaining suspect is described as a white man, aged in his early 30s, around 5ft 6inches tall, of skinny build with short brown hair and was wearing a black 'Nike' hooded top.
