Man taken to hospital after reports of assault

A man's been taken to hospital after being stabbed on Julian Avenue on Sunday.

They were called at 14.50 following reports of an assault.

Officers and London Ambulance attended. A man, believed to be in his early 20s, was taken to a central London hospital suffering from stab wounds. His condition is described as stable.

Enquiries continue.

There have been no arrests.

Police say the incident is not believed to be a random assault.
