Two men, aged 26 and 29, have both been arrested on suspicion of possession of ammunition, possession with intent to supply a Class B drug, and possession of criminal property following the search of a property (Tuesday, 27 February).

They remain in custody at an East London police station.

The arrests were made after officers from the Met’s Trident and Area Crime Command executed a warrant at an address in Pierrepoint Road at 8pm.

Approximately £600 worth of cannabis, £3000 in cash, and a large quantity of ammunition was seized from the address.

No firearms were recovered.
