Around 7pm on Sunday 5 June a 32-year-old woman victim joined a Central Line tube from Tottenham Court Road.

When the victim sat down, a man who was sitting near began staring at the victim. Shortly after, he then exposed himself and continued to touch himself during the journey. He then left the Tube at East Acton.

“I believe the man in the images has information about this incident. Who is he?”
