Come and listen to heart-warming, uplifting choral music here in Acton.

Join in with some carols that you know and love, at 7.30pm on Saturday, 8 December 2018, at St Martin’s Church, Hale Gardens, W3 9SQ.

In addition to many traditional favourites, including new arrangements of some, they’ll be presenting some less familiar pieces telling the Christmas story.

Questors Choir are a 60-strong mixed voice choir based in West London. Their repertoire is deliberately varied from baroque, classical and contemporary choral works to modern and show songs, traditional Christmas carols and folksongs (from all corners and occasionally in the original language). Their Musical Director, Philip Norman, often challenges us with his new arrangements of material.

The concerts include professional musicians and singers when necessary but usually feature choir members for solos or small group pieces. Some of their more experienced members have been with Questors Choir for over 20 years, but about half have joined in the last 5 years. All share one passion - a love of choral music performed in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The choir welcomes new members and provides equal learning and performance opportunities for singers of mixed ability, ages and background.
