Acton man arrested during community action day

An Acton man is due to appear in court tomorrow charged with two counts of using threatening, abusive insulting words and behaviour to cause harassment, alarm, distress.

Vahan Kishzadev, 47, of The Vale, W3 was arrested on 22nd January as part of a community action day after a number of offensive posters were reported around Acton High Street.

He will be appearing at Ealing Magistrates’ Court on 5 February.
